Freedom Therapy

At Freedom Therapy we understand our health is the most important thing in life.  When illness or injury finds its way into our lives it can be devastating and keep us from those we love and the things we want to do.   Our Goal at Freedom Therapy is to RESTORE LIFE by helping others achieve wellness, independence and functional freedom.

Freedom Therapy provides Physical and occupational therapy services to individuals IN THE COMFORT OF HOME and on an outpatient basis.  This allows us the unique ability to meet individual needs when transportation is a concern.

We accept most insurances and cover all of Monroe County.


Freedom Therapy therapists work directly with individuals, families, and physicians to ensure communication and proper care.  Our therapists are personal, caring and highly skilled to meet the needs of those who suffer from neuromuscular, vestibular, cardiac, and musculoskeletal dysfunctions.

  • Manual Therapy  Which includes Primal Reflex Release Techniques (PRRT) and neuro-dynamics along with conventional joint and soft tissue mobilization techniques to provide pain relief and a road to recovery with a graded exposure to therapeutic "exercise" that makes sense integrated to challenge balance, endurance, and strength without a painful result.
